- Assist in attracting and supervising quality assistant coaches for the Field Hockey program.
- Serve as a resource for the college selection process for all 上学校 Field Hockey players and their families.
- Conduct instructional clinics and summer camps for the younger players at GA and in the surrounding geographic areas.

- Serve as a conduit of information regarding the Field Hockey program for all appropriate media sites.
- Meet with the Director of 体育运动 on a frequent basis to review the status of the program.

- Comply with all professional guidelines as listed in the GA Coaches Handbook.
- Attend professional development opportunities in the sport of Field Hockey and coaching.
- Work with the Athletic Department to report game results and promote the team.
